Heritage Executives
Lisa Rosengren is the Chief Administrative Officer of Heritage Health Solutions. Ms. Rosengren has more than 30 years of experience working in the finance and human resources arenas. With Heritage, she oversees all human resources, benefits, and 401K functions. Her past work includes management positions with both for-profit and non-profit companies. An active community volunteer, Ms. Rosengren’s work includes board positions on Parent Teacher Organizations, School Booster Clubs, and Boy Scouts of America. Her work with youth groups through her church involved mission trips, including building homes in Mexico. As Heritage has pledged to be active in its community where its employees live, work, and serve, Lisa will oversee all of Heritage's community outreach.
James Rosengren, MHA, FACHE, is the Chief Executive Officer of Heritage Health Solutions. Mr. Rosengren has more than 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry, both as a clinician and in executive management. He began his career as a dental hygienist, culminating to his current position as CEO, Heritage Health Solutions. He is certified in healthcare management and is a Fellow in the American College of Health Care Executives. Mr. Rosengren has worked in both clinical and administrative environments, including outpatient clinics, community hospitals, and tertiary care teaching facilities. A Service-Connected Disabled Veteran with more than 21 years of active duty service in the United States Army, Mr. Rosengren possesses a Masters degree in Health Care Administration from Baylor University and most recently served as an adjunct faculty in Health Care Administration at Trinity University.

Karla Hook serves as the Executive Assistant for James Rosengren. Ms. Hook has more than 20 years of experience as an Executive and Administrative Assistant. Of those 20 years, she spent 11 years working in medically based businesses, including Emergency Physician Association, Hospital Quality Management and Federal VA Business Development and Political Relations. She holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from Tarleton State University.
EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT TEAM
Don Batchelor, MHA, serves as Senior Vice President, Operations. In this position, Mr. Batchelor has total responsibility for all operational components and requirements specific to the development, implementation, and ongoing operations of the United States Marshals National Managed Care Contract. He had previously been the Vice President, Provider Network Services, for Heritage. Mr. Batchelor has more than 25 years of clinical and healthcare management experience in both start-up healthcare and Fortune 100 companies. He holds an Bachelors degree in Public Policy and a Masters degree in Health/Hospital Administration from the University of Oklahoma Health Science Center.
Ray Edwards, M.Ed., is Heritage's Senior Vice President for Business Development and Client Services. Mr. Edwards is a Vietnam veteran with 30 years of executive management experience in higher education and non-profit management. A skilled and highly successful business and grant proposal writer, Mr. Edwards has extensive experience in dealing with government agencies at both the state and federal levels. In his role with Heritage, he coordinates the development and integration of the company's business proposals and bids to the VA and other government agencies. He also develops new business opportunities and supervises all aspects of Heritage's superior client services system.
Maria (Mary) Marolda, RN, BSN, MS, is Vice President, Health Care Programs, for Heritage. She has been a healthcare management professional for more than 30 years, both as a clinician and in clinical management. Ms. Marolda has extensive experience in operations, program development, customer relations, training, performance improvement, and healthcare regulatory standards. As a Registered Nurse, she has also worked in both the clinical and administrative environments of for-profit and non-profit institutions, government-contracted programs, and managed care organizations. During her career, Ms. Marolda developed the Audit and Compliance Program now utilized by VA outpatient care facilities nationwide, and she supervised the clinical performance of 23 Community Based Outpatient Clinics. In her role with Heritage, Ms. Marolda provides the universal medical care management of all product lines. She is responsible for developing and overseeing Heritage’s Quality Management Programs and their auditing programs, as well as developing and implementing corporate clinical strategies, programs, and medical care management policies and procedures for all of Heritage’s product lines. Listed in Who’s Who of Healthcare Professionals and Who’s Who of Professional Women, Ms. Marolda holds a Bachelors degree in Nursing and a Masters degree in Health Sciences.
Scott Steinfeldt, Ph.D., serves as Senior Vice President for Technology and has overall responsibility for Heritage's telemedicine and teleradiology services. With a Ph.D. in pharmaceutical biochemistry and post-doctorate at the Mayo clinic, his experience includes an eight-year stint in the U.S. Army as a research scientist and extensive experience in healthcare management in both laboratory and hospital settings. In the field of teleradiology, he has served as chief administrator for two imaging centers with responsibility for managing both medical staff and the IT components required for superior remote image interpretation, transcription, and support of customer teleradiology needs.
Allen Walker, JD, Senior Vice President and General Counsel, has practiced law as in-house counsel for more than 30 years. Ms. Walker has full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the legal department. Prior to joining Heritage, she served in senior level positions with corporate legal departments in the healthcare, telecommunications, and retail industries. A graduate of Texas Christian University and Southern Methodist University Law School, Ms. Walker is a member of the Texas Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
