Teleradiology Systems Specialist - Position reports directly to the Administrator of Teleradiology Systems.  Will set-up and maintain Teleradiology workstations/equipment for Radiologists.  Will train Radiologists in navigating workstations, equipment and related software.  Must know Microsoft Excel and be able to analyze and provide remote services to radiologist’s workstations.  Works well in team environment as well as independently with some travel within the US.  Qualifications are PACS/RIS certification or related experience and Information Technology education.  A minimum of 3-5 years in Clinical Radiology required.  M/F/V EEO

Customer Service Representative

Heritage Health Solutions is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Representative within the Pharmacy Services group.  This position is a regular, full-time position responsible to answer in-coming customer and pharmacy calls; research and resolve pharmacy/member issues, update system records, and complete other administrative support activities as necessary.  Pharmacy Technician certification or healthcare related Associates degree is required.

 

Applicant must possess excellent communication and listening skills in both English and Spanish, attention to detail, and an ability to work in a team environment.  Must be able to work some evenings and be able to work some variation in first shift start and stop times.  Qualifications include one to three years of experience in medical insurance, clinic, or pharmacy setting, along with having acute problem solving skills and having a high level of efficiency with Microsoft Office.  Prior Customer Call Center is preferred. Pharmacy Technician experience is required.

 

Previous Federal government experience preferred; having held a DOD, DOJ, or VA security clearance is preferred and valued as a part of the overall selection criteria.
